By placing an order you are agreeing to our terms & conditions. 
 
These terms & conditions are updated from time to time and the changes will be effective at the point of order. 

Shipping Policy

When your cap is ready to be dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow it’s journey to you. 

Shipping times: 

UK customers : 1 - 2 working days after dispatch. 

EU and Rest of the World: Sadly we are unable to dispatch items for our first run abroad and we are therefore only accepting deliveries to the UK.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns not only cost money but also create traffic, emissions and waste.  

We spend months making one product the very best it can be. Together with all our suppliers, we strive to produce our caps to the highest quality. If you need help with sizing, please see the guide. It’s very simple! 

However, if there's a good reason you need to return your cap, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Read on for the finer details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in all the original packaging.

Please include a note with your name & order number inside the return and reason for the return. Without this your exchange / refund will take longer to process.

If you would like to return your hat, we can offer a refund only if it is returned in unworn condition and in its original packaging. You will need to return it to us within 28 days of it arriving with you. Your return would need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to us at hello@invictatweed.com including your reason for refund, order number and full name.

Once your return is received and fully inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from the final refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment used in your original order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and customs charges for returning your item. Shipping costs and customs charges are non-refundable

  • Payments are processed at the time of ordering. 

  • All prices include VAT where appropriate. 

  • Invicta Tweed is registered for VAT in the UK -  445 4164 96 

  • The total cost of the order is that of the goods purchased plus delivery charges.
